摘要
科技与公众的冲突和矛盾是由于知识、信仰、伦理道德、风俗等适应性文化的发展落后于科技这种物质性文化的发展引起的;另一个原因是科技负效应的客观存在。科技有机发展是解决科技与公众矛盾的唯一途径。
Contradictions and conflicts between science and technology and the public arise when the development of adaptable cultures, such as knowledge, belief, ethics, customs and so on, fall behind the development of such materialistic culture as science and technology. Besides the reason mentioned above, another one is the objective existence of negative effects of science and technology. This paper proposes that the only solution to the conflicts between science and technology and the public is the organic development of science and technology.
