摘要
报告菌血症重症肺炎6例,文中对该病诊断、治疗、血象变化、预后及预防进行讨论。
Six cases of severe pneumonia with bacteremia were analysed. The results of blood bacterial cultures shoued: 3 cases of staphylococcus aureus, 2 cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa, 1 case of colibacillus. In the same time the bacteria cultured in the sputums were made, which were not corresponding to those in blood. Accoring to the blood cultured bacteria and drug sensitive test, high dose and combined antibiotics were used intravenously, and all of six patients were cured of successfully.
