摘要 hCG的血液浓度与注射剂量相关,消除半衰期约为85h。睾酮分泌呈双峰曲线,主要分泌峰在72h出现。因此,作兴奋试验时,单剂注射似比连续注射数天的方法更合理;治疗应用,以1000—2000u、5—7天注射一次为宜。 The serum concentrations of hCG were paralel to the injection dosages, with a around 85h of half-life for elimination. The response of testosterone to hCG presented a biphasic curve with the main secretory peak at the point of 72h. It was thought that while stimulation test, single injection of hCG was more rational than one injection every day for a few days, and while the rapeutical application, one injection every 5 to 7 days in dose of 1000 to 2000u was suitable.
