摘要
本文报告了80例因肺结核、肺癌行肺叶切除后患者的肺功能及动脉血气结果。不同肺叶切除对肺功能影响以右全肺切除最为严重,肺活量(VC)占预测正常值48.2％;用力肺活量(FVC)占预测正常值49.9％;第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_1)占41.5％;肺总量(TLC)占55.4％;残气量(RV)占77.6％;RV/TLC占预测正常值120.9％;用力呼气中期流速(FEF_(50))占17.0％;(FEF_(25))占14.3％。而对动脉血气影响不大,动脉血氧分压(P_aO_2)占预测值93.3％;氧饱和度占98.8％。
The effects of lung surgery on respiratory function were investigated in 80 patients undering postpneumonectomy and lobectomy for carcinoma and tuberculous of the lung. The lung function showed a reduction to about half the predicted normal values for postpneumonectomy. VG was reduced to 48.2% predicted for right pneumonectomy; FVC was reduced to 49.9% predicted for right pneumonectomy; FEV1 was 41.5% predicted; TLC was 55.4% predicted; RV was reduced to 77.6%; FEF 50 was 17.0%; FEF 25 was 14.3%. It is important that protect lung function of postpneumonectomy.
