摘要
社会科学在海洋综合管理能力建设中占有重要的地位 ,考察社会科学在人类了解和管理海洋方面所做出的历史贡献 ,分析社会科学在强化海洋综合管理能力建设中的地位 ,加快自然科学与社会科学的整合步伐 ,重视同海洋开发利用与管理活动有关的社会科学研究 ,充分发挥社会科学对海洋综合管理能力建设的作用有重大意义。
