摘要
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)是油田上用得较多的一种防蜡剂,但其结构和相对分子质量不能准确控制。以季戊四醇、二元酸和二元醇为原料,合成了一种星形结构的聚合物,实验表明,星形聚合物的防蜡效率与其相对分子质量的大小和聚合物中极性基团的比例有关,改变极性基团的比例和相对分子质量,可改变该聚合物的防蜡效果。星形聚合物防蜡剂有较清楚的结构和相对分子质量,有利于防蜡机理及防蜡效率与影响因素之间关系的研究。
Ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer was a type of paraffin inhibitor used in oilfield, but its structure and molecular weight were not controlled exactly. A new type of polymer with star shape structure was synthesized with pentaerythrite, binary acid, and dibasic alcohol as materials. The experiments result showed that efficiency inhibiting paraffin was related to its molecular weight and ratio of polar group in polymer. The inhibiting paraffin effect of the polymer changed with its molecular weight and ratio of polar group in polymer. The copolymers had explicit structure and molecular weight, it was propitious for studying mechanism inhibiting paraffin and relation of efficiency inhibiting paraffin with influence factors.
