摘要
NHD溶剂是一种新型高效脱硫脱碳溶剂,主要成分是聚乙二醇二甲醚。介绍了江苏天音化工股份有限公司生产的NHD在国内5个化肥厂的应用情况。结果表明,NHD脱硫脱碳工艺技术先进,气体净化度高,节能效果明显,NHD综合能耗比原水洗下降1.21 GJ/tNH_3,低闪气CO_2纯度高,天音产NHD产品质量优良。
NHD is a novel solvent for desulfurization and decarbonization with high efficiency. It is based on polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether. Application of NHD produced by Tianyin Chemical Co. , Ltd. in five domestic fertilizer factories was reviewed. The result shows that NHD is excellent in desulfurizaton and decarbonization with high purity of CO2 , and high efficiency of energy-saving.
