摘要
对河北省建国以来水利工程的负效益进行了分析,包括:地下水开采、水利工程占地移民、水资源浪费和水污染、环境负影响等。
This article analyzes the negative effects caused by the water conservancy engineering in Hebei since 1949,
such as groundwater exploitation, land occupation, immigration, water waste, water resource pollution.
