摘要
产业化是中国农业现代化经营的开端,其组织形式是一个关键因素,只有适应中国具体国情和经济发展阶段而不断创新才有生机与活力。中国农业产业化组织创新的关键点是解决好土地长期承包与规模化经营问题。经营组织形式只有同市场经济相适应,才能取得较好经济效益。
Industrialization is the beginning of the agricultural moderinzation in China. Its organization pattern is the key
factor for modern management. The organization pattern must meet the social condition and stage of economic development
in order to maintain its vigor. The key for agricultural industrialization and organization innovation is to solve the problem
that the land should be contracted with appropriate scale of operation for a long time. Only the organization pattern ac-
commodates to the market economy, can the omganization make better economic benefits.
