摘要
作为企业长期竞争优势源泉的核心能力有一定的生命周期,即企业核心能力沿着时间轴依次经历形成期、成长期、成熟期和衷退期这4个阶段。结合核心能力生命周期的4个阶段,阐述了企业应如何管理好其核心能力。
The core competence, the source of the successive advantage for corporation's competence, has its life cy-
cle. That is, it Passes through four stages, which are forming stage, growth stage, maturity stage and decline stage. This
paper discusses how corporations manage the life cycle of their core competences according to the four stages of the life-
cycle of the core competence.
