摘要
对中日继续护理教育的组织机构、教育制度、计划制订、教育实施、教育对象以及教学管理等方面进行了比较研究,并从宏观的层面提出了完善我国继续护理教育定位、规范我国继续护理教育制度、建立我国继续护理教育评估机构以及重点培养教育对象的实际能力等建议。
This article makes a comparative study of the continuing nursing education of China and Japan in terms of teaching institution, educational system, formulation and implementation of educational plan, people receiving education and teaching management. Suggestions are made from a macroscopic perspective about the orientation of China's continuing nursing education, the standardization of the educational system, the establishment of evaluation organization and the training of students' abilities.
