摘要
对成都地区部分学校进行整群抽样,通过自编问卷,主要从学校体育管理、体育教学设施、学校体育教学与科研、体育教师思想动态四个方面对478名体育教师,11个区(市)县及21所市属中学进行调查,结果显示,我市部分中学领导对体育工作认识已有一些转变,但重视程度仍然不够、对体育学科特点认识不足,仅停留在形式上。在对学校体育工作战略性决策、科学管理上没能充分发挥体育教师主动性、积极性,制约了体育教育、教学质量提高,学校体育在总体上远未达到与时代同步发展的状态。目前我市中青年教师占主流,是体育教学的骨干力量。从教学科研来看,绝大多数研究仅停留在个案课分析层面上。
Through putting out questionnaires to 478 P.E. teachers and investigating around 21 middle schools, this paper gets the result: leaders of some middle schools have transformed cognition of Physical Education, but this cognition is still plain; teaching management restrict the initiative and enthusiasm of Physical Education teachers in some extend; young P.E teachers have a overwhelming majority.
