摘要
单位体制是支撑新中国政治、经济、文化和社会的基本构架。在单位体制下,体育管理体制因群众体育与竞技体育的划分而呈现出一种"二元结构"。其中,群众体育以单位为组织载体,表现为"单位体育";竞技体育以单位为组织形式,表现为"体育单位"。群众体育作为一种体育的普及形态,具有政治性、行政性、功利性和福利性的"单位色彩"。改革开放,群众体育的"单位色彩"不断淡化,取而代之是社会体育的逐渐兴起。
The system of Danwei is the basic frame that supporting China's politics, economy, culture and society. Under the system of Danwei, the system of sports management shows 'dualistic structure' due to the division of competitive sports and mass sports.Mass sports emerge 'Danwei sports' based on the organizing of Danwei; competitive sports emerge 'sports Danwei' based on the organization framework of Danwei. Mass sports have some characters such as: political, administrative, utilitarian and welfare, with the reform and opening-up, social sports rise gradually and it will replace ' Danwei sports'.
