摘要
土家族、苗族迄今仍残存着一些自然崇拜的习俗。在自然崇拜的祭祀仪式中,人们祷告神灵,希望神能赐予风调雨顺、衣食无忧的体育环境;希望神能赐予强壮的体魄、祛病延年的体育理念;人们在祭祀仪式中虔诚地以各种身体活动的体育实践去求神、拜神,并以此获得心灵的慰籍等等,使土家族、苗族的祖先以此为依托而渡过人类生存的蛮荒时代,并得以繁衍生息。时至今日,土家族、苗族的自然崇拜的祭祀仪式依然频繁,在这些祭祀仪式中体育文化得到了充分地展示,体育的具体实践也得到了充分的体现。
Tujia nationality and Miao nationality have remained some customs of adoration. People prays god on the ceremony of sacrifices, wishes comfortable environment and strong physique, all these are simple sports thought in primitive society. Even to this day, these ceremonies still celebrated in Tujia and Miao nationality area. Sports culture and sports practice have fully embodied in these ceremonies.
