摘要
介绍低含量活性剂体系在不同低渗透油田油水井的降压增注中的应用。低含量活性剂体系ZP—1918主要由多元高分子表面活性剂组成,室内性能评价结果表明,在模拟油层温度45~150℃条件下,该体系静态液相稳定期为120 d,不分层,不沉淀,油水界面张力达到10-2mN/m(数量级)以下,吸附损失量小,特别适用于低渗透油田增注施工。现场应用表明,0.1%~0.3%活性剂体系可使注水能力提高50%以上,压力下降2~10 MPa,平均有效期在200 d以上。
A novel low content surfactant system ZP - 1918 with reduced injection water pressure and improved injection capacity is used in low permeability reservior. It is composed of mixed high molecular weight surfactants with less adsorption ,IFT less than 10-2 mN/m and over 120 days of static liquid steady period. The field result shows that ZP - 1918 can increase the injection water by 50% , decrease the water injection pressure to 2 - 10 MPa with valid period over 200 days.
