摘要
FRC-1清洁型水基压裂液由2.5%粘弹性表面活性剂、0.1%特殊稳定剂和4.0%氯化物的盐水组成,室温高速搅拌成为粘弹态,在常温、170 s-1剪切速率下,表观粘度140 mPa·s。FRC-1型压裂液携砂能力强,与烃类接触或被地层水稀释会自动破胶不留下任何残渣,不会造成裂缝导流能力的损害。该压裂液体系在pH大于5.0、使用温度60℃以下时,压裂效果好,在长庆油田现场应用已取得较好效果。
FRC - 1 clean fracturing fluid which consists of 2.5 % viscoelastic surfactant ,0.1% special stabilizing agent and the balance of 4% saline water is developed. At room temperature and high shear rate of 170 s-1,the viscosity of FRC - 1 fracturing fluid is about 140 mPa·s-1 .Its proppant - carrying capacity is high.On contacting with carbonhydrogen or being diluted by underground water, it can easily break down with no residue left, thus causing no damage in flow capacity of crack. The fracturing fluid can be used at temperature below 60 ℃ and pH above 4 with good effects. It is successfully applied to Changqing Oilfield.
