摘要
针对目前成人教育在人才培养方面存在的不足和缺陷,结合成人教育的实际情况,对成人教育应该如何主动适应企业创新的要求,如何在成人教育观念、教学方法、教学内容方面进行创新提出了具体的措施和办法。
Based on an analysis of the defects of contemporary adult education in China, the paper holds that adult education ought to adapt itself to meet the needs of enterprise innovation and that this is to be achieved only through a thorough shift of the concept, methodology and content of adult education.
