摘要
以竹篾、竹席加工的刨削剩余物———竹刨花为原料 ,采用磷酸活化法制取粉状活性炭产品 ,制备过程为 :竹刨花烘干后加入活化剂磷酸溶液 ,搅拌均匀后放置 2 4h ,然后移入高温电阻炉中进行炭化和活化 ,经水洗回收磷酸后烘干、粉碎制得粉状活性炭产品。产品质量按国标GB/T1 2 496-1 999相应的检测方法检测 ,其亚甲蓝脱色力达到 1 5mL/0 .1g ,A法焦糖脱色力大于 1 2 0 % 。
Powdered active carbon was prepared by H_3PO_4 activation method from bamboo shavings.The processing is as follows:add phosphoric acid to the dry bamboo shavings,stir it and put over 24 h,then carbonize and activate it with a high-temperature electric stove,dry after wet cleaning,and finally crash it.The activated carbon is analysed according to GB/T 12496-1999 to meet requires for discoloring of sugar with 15 mL/0.1 g of methyl thionine chloride discoloring activity and 120% caramel discoloring activity.
