摘要
利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了不同改性剂对碳酸氢钠热分解效应的影响,发现处理后样品的起始分解温度、最快分解温度、终止分解温度均有不同的提高,而且发泡温度范围明显变窄,完全可以满足塑料加工的要求。探索了放热型发泡剂与碳酸氢钠混用的分解热效应。
The effects of different modifiers on the thermal decomposition of sodium bicarbonate are studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It is found out that, all the beginning, summit and ending decomposition temperature of the treated samples raise at different degree and the range of decomposition temperature becomes narrow. All of these can meet the requirement of plastic processing . Decomposition enthalpy of blowing agents mixed with sodium bicarbonate is probed.
