摘要
辅酶Q10 (CoQ10 )是一种用途十分广泛的生化药物 ,但国内未见关于CoQ10 合成的研究报道。本文介绍国外关于CoQ10 的合成方法 ,重点介绍从烟草中提取的天然茄呢醇为原料的合成法 。
Coenzyme Q_(10)(CoQ_(10)) is a biochemical pharmaceutical with extensive uses,but no report about its synthesis has been found in our country.In this paper,various synthetic methods of CoQ_(10 ) at abroad were reviewed with emphasis on the synthetic methods using natural solanesol extracted from tobacco as starting material.
