摘要
本文在介绍了中国和国外具有代表性的德国、日本、英国律师管理体制之后,对其共同性进行了归纳,同时又以中国律师管理体制为对照分析概括了上述各国律师管理体制的特点。并在此基础上,结合我国的实际情况,提出了以律师行业为代表的中介组织规范化途经。
After introduction to management system of lawyer, such as that of China, Germany, Japan and Britain, the paper points out the commonality of management system of lawyer and analyzes the characteristics of Chinese management system of lawyer in contrast with that of above - mentioned countries. On basis of the analysis, this text, combining the actual conditions of our country, puts forward intermediary's standardized way represented by legal profession.
