摘要
20 0 2年 11月 ,中国提出适时启动中日韩三国自由贸易区 (FTA)可能性研究的设想。这一建议能否落实关键取决于日本的立场。本文首先分析了日本的FTA战略 ,指出与中国谈判FTA是日本的中长期目标 ,然后从宏观和战略角度提出了在分析日本相关立场时应思考的几个问题 。
In November 2002 China proposed that China,Japan,and South Korea should begin a feasibility study on establishing a Free Trade Area (FTA) among the three countries at an appropriate time.However,whether such an initiative can be realized will mainly be decided by Japan's position toward the FTA vision.To start with,the essay examines Japan's FTA strategy,pointing out that the building of a FTA between Japan and China will be a medium-term or even a long-term strategy for Japan.The essay also raises several strategic issues that require further consideration regarding Japan's FTA strategy toward China. Finally,it concludes that it is inevitable that Japan will enhance its cooperation with China by promoting the process of Asian economic integration.
