摘要
信息政策是近几年来国内外信息研究领域的热门课题 ,而我国正是处于信息化发展阶段 ,对信息政策的研究更是显得必要和迫切。因此 ,本文就先从信息政策的概念入手 ,探讨我国现行信息政策对信息资源建设的影响情况并进行分析 ,参考国外发达国家有效可行的信息政策 ,提出我国信息政策的一些设想。
Information policy is the popular topic in the field of information research at home and abroad now days.Our country is at the developing stage of informationization,so it is more urgent and necessary to study the policy of information.This essay is the research and analysis of the recent information policy and its effect on the construction of the information resources.It is also a proposal for our information policy referring to the effective information policies of the developed countries.
