摘要
简要对比了热轧、非连续的埋弧焊接和连续的高频焊接 3种典型 H型钢生产方式的生产规模、投资水平、产品范围、规格变换难易程度、产品特点和应用特点 ;从产品的标准、特征、品种、焊缝性能以及工艺布置等方面介绍了高频焊接轻型 H型钢的生产工艺特点 ;重点围绕原料质量、精确组位、焊接控制、焊缝冷却、矫直定尺和焊缝检验等方面探讨了高频焊接轻型 H型钢生产工艺的质量保证措施 ,为该工艺的开发和应用提供参考。
Three types of H section steel including hot rolled,non continuous submerged arc welded and continuous HF welded are briefly compared in their production scale,investment cost,product mix,product varieties,product feature and application The production processes features of HF welded light gauge H section steel are introduced with product standards,product features,product mix,quality of welds and layout of production line The key technologies of quality guarantee of HF welded light gauge H section steel are mainly discussed in terms of quality of raw materials,correct forming,welding control,cooling of welds,leveling and cutting and quality inspection of welds to promote the development and application of the processes
