摘要
全面建设小康社会,就红河州情分析,基础在农业,重点在农村,难点在农民,关键在科技,核心是农民增收、农业增产、农村文明。从科教兴农的角度,阐述了在新的变革时期,依靠科技进步,实施科教兴农战略,找准农业科技进步存在的问题,提出依靠科技进步推动区域农村经济发展的对策,优化科技资源配置,并力图使科技效益最大化。
According to the situation in Honghe, on the way of constructing overall wealthy society, the basis Is in agriculture, the emphases is in rural area, the difficulty is in farmer and the key is the application of technology. In another words, the core or purpose is to increase farmers' income and agriculture output, to construct rural civilization. In order to promote the development of local rural economy, countermeasures to carry out the strategy of prospering agriculture by technological progress and education were discussed.
