高新区是城市的重要组成部分，它强化城市的场效应，提升城市的势能，促进城市产 业升级。高新区依托城市，与城市功能联动发展。应充分发挥二者的相互作用，加快我国城 市的发展。
Hi-tech area is an important composition part of city. It strengthens field effect of city, accelerates industry upgrading of city, and im proves potential energy of city. Hi-tech area develops with functions of city s ynchronously through relying on city. We should bring into play interactions of both of them in order to speed up develoment of our country's cities.
