摘要
当前，就业格局和就业形式呈现出多样化的特点，多种灵活就业在当今中国的劳动力 市场正日益成为重要的就业形式。在全国范围内存在约1亿人以上的广大灵活就业群体，但 大部分没有得到基本的社会保障。针对此，作者提出了若干相关措施建议。
At present the structure and form of employment are diversified and several flexible employments have become important form of employment. Ther e are more than 100 millions people in China employed in this form but most of t hem have not enjoyed social insurance. The author puts forwards some suggestions on the issue.
