摘要
针对各类企业因为自身相应的制度状况而缺乏创新动力,企业规模普遍偏小使得企业抗风险能力低,限制了其创新能力,缺乏完备的风险投资体系妨碍了技术转化现状,探讨了妨碍我国企业技术创新的因素,并提出了若干相应的对策。
This paper analyzes three hindrances to technical innovation of firms.The institutional faultiness of enterprises makes them lack of power to innovate.Their scales are too small to resist the risk of innovation.And the absence of venture capital hinders them from innovating.Some advice is put forward.
