摘要
本文从理论分析和设计实践两个方面综合探讨了农作物收获过程中放铺集堆装置的工作过程和特点,分析了集堆器弹齿机构集拢作物时的运动规律。在此基础上设计出了新型的搂齿机构。并通过田间试验取得了满意的结果。该装置的使用对于农业生产的丰产增收,降低人力劳动强度,对中小型农作物收割机械的作业功能增加将有明显的社会效益和经济效益,具有较好的推广使用价值。
The character and processes of a device for windrowing and collecting during cereal harvast are probed. Through analgsing the moving course of spring tine mechanism for collecting cereals, a new type rake tine mechanism is designed, showing satisfactory result in field experiments. If the device is fitted on small and medium sized windrowre,high efficiency and more operating functions can be obtained.
