摘要
促进人的全面发展,必须实施素质教育。素质教育是一种普遍性教育,是以提高全体国民素质为目标的教育;素质教育是一种全面性的教育,是以每个人全面发展为目标的教育;素质教育是重视人的个性发展的教育。为实施素质教育,一要不断加强文化建设;二要加强和完善制度建设;三要建设一个创新型组织。
Quality-oriented education should be conducted to promote all-round development of people.Quality-oriented education is a general education aimed at raising the quality of the whole people.It is also an all-round education with the goal of all-round development of every individual,so it attaches emphasis to individual development.In order to carry out quality-oriented education,we should strengthen the construction of cultural development,system optimization and innovative organization.
