摘要
本文在分析工序质量预测控制中常用的回归模型和自回归模型的不足之处的基础上,提出采用混合回归模型来模拟和预测工序质量过程.实例分析结果表明:对于毛坯误差复映明显或上下两道工序质量指标联系密切的工序,进行工序质量预测控制采用混合回归模型的模拟和预测精度比采用回归模型或自回归模型时的高.
In this paper, on the basis of anlyzing the limitation of regression and autoregression model frequently used in operation quality forecasting control, mixed regression model is proposed for simulating and forecasting the operation quality process.The results of practical examples show that the accuracy of simulating and forecasting it by mixed regression model is better than by regression or autoregression model when there is the obvious heredity error of the blank or quality index is closely interrelated on the two linking steps of the process.
