城市交通信息系统是以最大限度地改善城市交通为目的,集信息技术、通信技术、控制技术等高新技术为一体的复杂系统。标准化是实现有效的城市交通信息系统的基础,也是系统具有兼容性、可实施性和开放性的根本保证。
The urban traffic information system is object to the limited change the urban traffic. It combines data,communication and control technology as a whole. It is a complicated system. The standardization is the basic to realize the urban traffic information system that is also ensure the system with compatible,implement and open.
