论欧盟国际海运竞争法中监管制度的最新发展 被引量：2

摘要 根据欧盟理事会 196 2年第 17号条例的规定 ,欧盟在国际海运业建立起关于国际航运协议组织反垄断豁免的审查确认制度。 2 0 0 2年底 ,欧盟理事会颁布了第 1/ 2 0 0 3号条例 ,该条例取消了审查确认制度 ,代之以直接适用制度。直接适用制度意味着欧盟国际海运竞争法的监管体制发生了革命性的变化 ,这些变化对我国正在建立的国际海运业竞争法律制度具有一定的借鉴意义 ,值得我们的关注。
