大剂量静脉免疫球蛋白在儿科的临床应用及作用机制被引量：6

摘要静脉免疫球蛋白(IVIG)的应用日益引起临床医生的注视,不仅用于治疗先天性或获得性免疫缺陷病;而且作为免疫抑制剂用于各种自身免疫性疾病;亦是免疫增强剂与抗生素结合治疗严重感染。本文综述了IVIG 在儿科以上三方面的临床应用及其作用机制,并对安全性和副作用进行了讨论。
