摘要
弱势群体问题是当前我国转型时期的突出问题 ,而弱势劳动者群体问题更值得我们关注。由于它们的形成主要是社会的原因 ,具有可转变性 ,对社会发展和进步关系重大 ,因此 ,要针对其特点和原因 ,从多方面。
The issue of disadvantaged groups has become prominent in the period of socio-economic transformation in China today,but the problem of disadvantaged labour groups should merit more attention.As this problem is largely attributable to the social factors that can be transformed,it has much relevance to social progress and development.Thus,it is necessary to resolve this problem by all means in light of its characteristics and contributing factors.
