当前,国际恐怖主义组织形态、犯罪手段、社会危害在不断发展和扩大,国内恐怖主义及其他恐怖活动的威胁也一直存在,其中,新疆“东突”恐怖主义对我国造成的危害最为严重。为了维护国家统一和安定团结的政治局面,保障经济建设的顺利进行,我们必须切实增强反恐的紧迫感和责任感,从战略的高度防范新疆“东突”恐怖主义。
Nowadays, the structure, criminal means and criticality of international terrorism is developing and spreading constantly . At the same time , there exist the threat of domestic terrorism and other terrors all through. Among these , 'dong tu'terrorism in xinjiang is causing the most serious harm to our homeland. Therefore, in order to uphold the unity and stability, develop economy smoothly, we must take the responsibility of fighting with all kinds of terrorism and work over the corresponding means.
