摘要
俄罗斯社会转型时期形成寡头势力有深刻的社会原因。随着其自身实力的不断增强,寡头势力日益暴露出对社会发展的阻碍作用,以普京为首的俄中央政府对其治理是迫不得已。俄罗斯的社会转型是多重进程的汇合,由于产生寡头是综合社会因素的结果,所以对寡头的治理是一项系统的社会工程。
At the beginning of Russia transition the oligarch groups came into being for deeply social reasons .With amplifying in energy the oligarch have hampered the social development more and more seriously .The center government in which Pu-jing is in power as president have to take some polices to regulate and govern them .The Russian social transition is filled with many difficult clauses ; so the governing to the oligarch groups is one big systemic social project.
