摘要
近年来我国海外投资事业发展迅速,但由于未建立系统的海外投资保险法律制度,我国的海外投资企业在国外面临巨大的政治风险。因此,需要在正确认识海外投资保险制度性质的基础上,选择适合国情的海外投资保险模式,并借鉴国外立法与实践经验,建立我国的海外投资保险制度。
China's overseas investment has developed quickly and achieved great success in recent years.Meanwhile,however,overseas investors and their enterprises are confronted with huge political risks.It is necessary to choose and appropriate model and to establish the legal system of overseas investment insurance in China.
