摘要 目的 研究 YKX/Y型医用空气消毒机除菌净化效果。方法 分别测定该机工作时的噪声强度、循环风量、紫外线强度及泄露情况以及开机后不同时间室内臭氧浓度 ,并进行空气模拟现场消毒实验。结果  YKX/Y型医用空气消毒机常温下 ,开机 30、6 0、12 0、2 4 0 m in,空气中均未检出臭氧 ,无紫外线泄露于环境中 ,循环风量为15 10 .2 m3/h,正常工作时的最大噪声为 6 1d B(A) ,在 2 0 m3空间中 ,当温度为 2 0~ 2 2℃ ,相对湿度为 6 5 %~70 %时 ,该机开启 30 min对空气中金黄色葡萄球菌气溶胶的杀灭率可达 99.93% ;在 12 0 m3实验室内 ,温度为2 2~ 2 5℃ ,相对湿度为 6 0 %~ 6 8%时 ,开机 2 h对空气中自然菌的平均消亡率可达 93.13% ;处理后空气中平均细菌总数为 6 7CFU/m3,达到卫生部环境空气 类卫生标准 (≤ 2 0 0 CFU/m3)的要求。结论  YKX/Y型医用空气消毒机除菌效果比较明显 ,可以用于医院诊疗室和病房的常规空气消毒 ;在有人工作的条件下 ,也可以进行室内空气消毒处理。 OBJECTIVE To study the disinfection effect of YKX/Y medical air disinfector. METHODS The level of noise,the volume of circulating ventilation,UV intensity and leak of O 3 after the operation were determined. In the airtight room with controlled temperature and humidity,the concentration of O 3 was determined at different disinfection time. Two rooms with the same characteristics were selected to conduct the spot sterilization and spot-simulative sterilization experiment. RESULTS The results showed that under normal temperature there was no O 3 determined,and no UV leak after disinfection for 30,60,120 and 240 min. The volume of circulating ventilation was 1 510.2 m 3/h and the highest level of noise,63 dB(A). In 20 m 3 room,under the conditions of 20-22℃ and 65-70% relative humidity,disinfection for 30 min could eliminate 99.93% of Staphylococcus aureus ,And in 120 m 3 room,under the condition of 22-25℃ and 60-68% relative humidity,disinfection for 2 h could eliminate 93.13% of natural bacteria,with 67 CFU/m 3 bacteria remaining in air after disinfection. CONCLUSIONS YKX/Y medical air disinfector is appropriate to conduct routine air disinfection in the wards and clinic in the hospital with or without workers in it.
