铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的抵抗性研究 被引量:48

摘要 目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌生物膜对常规消毒方法和抗生素的抵抗性。方法 采用碘伏、5 %“84”消毒液、75 %乙醇、“健之素”泡腾片液 (1片 /L)、2 %戊二醛消毒液等浸泡 ,甲醛 (福尔马林 )熏蒸和紫外灯照射等常规消毒方法处理铜绿假单胞菌形成的生物膜 ,观察生物膜细菌被杀灭情况 ;同时将生物膜分别放入含不同种类和不同浓度的抗生素的 M- H肉汤中 ,观察其生长 ,并与裸菌的 MIC作比较。结果  2 %戊二醛消毒液对铜绿假单胞菌形成的生物膜杀灭作用最强 ,碘伏和 75 %乙醇次之 ,5 %“84”消毒液和“健之素”泡腾片液作用较弱 ,甲醛熏蒸和紫外灯照射的作用最差 ;生物膜细菌能生长的抗生素最高浓度 :亚胺培南 4 0 0 μg/ml,头孢他啶 80 0 μg/m l,左氧氟沙星 32 μg/ml,哌拉西林 10 2 4 μg/m l。结论 铜绿假单胞菌形成的生物膜对外界不利因素有很强的抵抗力。 OBJECTIVE To study the resistance of biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to regular sterilization and antibiotics. METHODS The biofilm of P. aeruginosa with regular sterilization was treated and was observed how the bacteria of biofilm being killed. Meanwhile biofilm was put into M-H meat soup with antibiotics of different types and different concentrations,in order to observe its growth,and compare it with the MIC of naked bacteria. RESULTS The 2% glutaral solution had the strongest killing effect to the biofilm of P. aeruginosa ,followed by iodophor and 75% alcohol,while 5% 84 sterilizing solution and 'jianzhisu' solution had a weaker effect,and evaporating and smoking of formaldehyde solution and irradiation of ultraviolet light came last. The highest concentration of antibiotics that biofilm of bacteria could survive were as follows: imipenem 400 μg/ml,ceftazidime (Fortum) 800 μg/ml,levofloxacin 32 μg/ml,piperacillin 1 024 μg/ml. CONCLUSIONS The biofilm of P. aeruginosa has a strong resistance to external negative factors.
