摘要
阐述了PWS 100型电液伺服动静万能试验机的结构及工作原理,建立了该系统的动态数学模型,通过Matlab语言绘制了系统的开环及闭环Bode图,进而研究了系统的频率特性、稳定性及其影响因素,为今后设计和分析试验机系统提供了有用的方法手段。
In this paper,the mechanism and theory of the PWS-1000 Dynamic & Static Universal Test Machine with Electro-Hydraulic Servo Controlled is described.The dynamic mathematic model is created.In the light of this model,the open-loop and closed-loop Bode diagram is drawn using Matlab.The system's frequeacy character,stability and influence factors are researched.A useful method for designing and analysing the test machine system is provided.
