邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯的相转移催化合成 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS OF BUTYL BENZYL PHTHALATE BY PHASE TRANSFER CATALYSIS

摘要 本文研究了用相转移催化剂和三相催化剂合成BBP的工艺条件。当以新洁而灭为相转移催化剂时,最佳反应条件下产物收率达97%。当以PSTB为三相催化剂时,最佳反应条件下产物收率为86%。 In the paper, Phase Transfer Cataslyst (PTC) and Triphase Transfer Catalyst were used for the synthesis of Butyl Benzyl Phtha-late(BBP). Effects of different catalysts and reaction conditions on the product yield were investigated. When 4% (mol%) Bromo -geraminum is used for PTC,mole ratio of Benzyl Chloride to Phthalic Acid Monobutyl Ester is 1. 10 at the temperature of 100℃ and pH = 9 for 3 hours, the product yield is about 97%. When PSTB is used for Tri-PTC at optimum conditions, the product yield is about 86%.
