摘要
清末新政时期,清廷上下对直隶的水利事业较为重视。通过一些水利工程的修建,在一定程度上减轻了水患,增强了人们抵御自然灾害的能力,对直隶地区农业生产产生了积极影响。
During the period of the New Deal in the Late Qing Dynasty,the Qing Court and the local governments were thoughtful of the water conservancy business of ZhiLi Province.Some water conservancy projects alleviated the floods on a certain degree,and strengthened people to resist the ability of the na-ture disaster.These project would produce the positive influence to ZhiLi ’s agricultural production.
