摘要
进行团队建设的两个前提是 :公司中的知识型员工占绝大多数 ;公司中的年轻员工占绝大多数。知识密集型企业先天具备上述条件 ,容易进行团队建设与管理。知识密集型企业的团队建设要经过三个阶段 ,避免五个误区 ;团队管理有四种模式 ,多种方法和技巧 。
The two premises for team construction are:the knowledged staffs and young staffs occupy the overwhelming majority in company.The knowledge-intensive enterprise congenital meets the above requirements,and thus is easy to carry on the team construction and management.The knowledge-intensive enterprise's team construction must go through three stages,avoid five erroneous zones.The team management has four patterns,many methods and skills,and simultaneously four erroneous zones must be avoided.
