摘要
根据现代电力系统及其自动化的发展趋势,以及电力调度生产7×24h不间断运行的特点,指出新一代能量管理系统(EMS)设计中必须考虑SCADA数据来源的多样性。文章详细总结了EMS中多数据源技术的应用情况,分析了多数据源技术对电网调度中心原始数据采集的重要性,在此基础上研究了多数据源应用的在线切换优选规则,有效地保证了基础电网运行实时数据和历史数据的正确、完整、可靠,同时保证了自动发电控制(AGC)、区域电网控制性能标准(CPS)等重要电网控制程序更高的可用性和可靠、正确的运行。
