介绍了合同能源管理的概念及其市场化运作的特点。对北美和欧洲的节能服务公司(EMC)的发展概况作了阐述。重点分析了上海开展合同能源管理的情况,对上海市第一个合同能源管理示范项目——上海新亚药业有限公司的循环水系统节能改造项目作了介绍,提出了当前合同能源管理工作的重点。
The features related to the idea of the contract energy management and its condition of operation in the market have been recommended. The development process of the energy saving management company (EMC) in North America and Europe has been described briefly. Much attention has been focused on the analysis of the situation of the contract energy management development in Shanghai while recommending the first demonstration project of the contract energy management in Shanghai i.e. the energy saving project of the circulating water system of the Shanghai New Asiatic Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. The key points of the current contract energy management work have also been suggested.
