摘要
绳索取心钻杆螺纹是一种大螺距矮齿型特殊梯形圆锥螺纹,采用双端面楔紧密封。本文分析了这种密封方式具有提高螺纹连接强度和密封性能,拖长螺纹使用寿命的优点,但要求内外螺纹长度相同。还介绍了精车外螺纹大径、内螺纹小径的组合刀具,能从工艺上保证螺纹加工长度、密封面角度和提高加工效率。
The wire rope sampling drilling rod screw belongs to big thread pitch, low teeth type, a special trapezoid cone screw.It adopts two ends surface, tightly, wedged and sealed. This paper analyzes that this kind of sealing has the merit of raising the screw linking strength and the sealing function, prolong its lifetime of employment. Only that,it requires the same inner and outer screw length. It also presents the composite cutting tool to precisely lathe the large diameter of the outer screw and small diameter of the innerscrew, thus guaranteeing technologically the working length and sealing surface angle of the screw, raising the working efficiency.
