摘要
对热轧和应变时效两种热处理状态的32mm钢筋试样进行了对比拉伸试验和冲击试验。结果表明 ,试验钢筋的应变时效敏感性较小 ,韧脆转变温度较高。应用电子显微分析查明 ,钢筋中的钒主要以合金渗碳体形态存在于珠光体中 ,钢筋中较低的氮含量使其应变时效敏感性较小 ,而过高的钒含量则使其冲击性能下降。
Comparative tensile tests and impact tests were carried out for hot rolling and strain-aging steel bars with a diameter of 32?mm.The results show that the reinforced steel bars have lower strain-aging sensibility and higher ductile-brittle transition temperature.Based on electron microscope observations,most vanadium exists in pearlite as alloy cementite.Lower nitrogen in steel leads to the lower strain-aging sensibility and higher vanadium results in the decrease of impact property.Better shock strength can be obtained by using vanadium-nitrogen micro-alloying and control rolling technologies.
