摘要
凸度和平坦度是热连轧机板形控制的主要目标 ,多机架工作辊弯辊力则是其板形控制的主要调节手段。以具体工业轧机为对象 ,研究了基于遗传算法的弯辊力预设定控制策略。现场数据分析表明 ,采用该控制策略是合理的 ,它能获得良好的板形。
In hot strip mills,crown and flatness are main targets of profile and flatness control,and bending force of work rolls is one of main control ways in shape control.Taking the industrial mills as the object of study,a GA-based optimal control model for preset bending force is studied.Through comparison of practice data with model calculation,it shows that the model is suitable for the profile control.
