在政府危机管理中应当运用公共关系原则。公共关系的公开性原则、利益一致性原则、科学性艺术化原则和全员公共关系原则,与政府危机管理的透明度、公信度、科学化、民主化和美誉度形成良性互动,有助于建立有效的政府危机管理体系,提高政府快速应对危机的能力,改进工作作风和树立良好的政府形象。
The principle of public relations should be applied in government crisis administration. Public relations, with the principles of openness, of identical benefit, of science and art, and of being by all members, constitute a mutual function with the scientific, democratic, transparent and trust degree in the government's crisis management. This kind of mutual function helps the governments to improve the ability to control the crisis, to set up an swift response system of government crisis management, to improve the working style of staff members of the governments and to set a good image of the government.
